Some shirts are fashion. Some shirts are conversation starters. This one is a dare. The design pulls directly from a historical CDC mortality chart showing measles death rates falling dramatically through the first half of the twentieth century, decades before the vaccine arrived. The question printed underneath is simple and uncomfortable: When was the vaccine invented? The answer, of course, is 1963. By then the line on the graph had already collapsed toward the bottom of the page. That reality doesn’t fit neatly into slogans or talking points, which is exactly why this shirt exists. It invites people to look at the data themselves instead of repeating what they’ve been told. The QR code takes you straight to the source so nobody has to rely on anyone’s interpretation, including yours. Wearing it isn’t about declaring you have all the answers. It’s about reminding people that curiosity, skepticism, and evidence still matter. In a world where everyone claims to trust “the science,” this shirt simply asks them to read the chart.
